What’s Next

The next project for the Mid Offaly Housing Association is a High Support Unit. A High Support Unit is a step back from a nursing home for old people who aren’t well but aren’t bad enough to go to a nursing home. The High Support Unit will have 28 little apartments, one for each person and will have helpers and carers if they need any help. They are going to build phase 3 with the last bit of field they got from Pat Daly. It will be behind Ard Aoibhinn and Gleann Ard. Ronnie Bryant showed us where phase 3 is going to be built on the day we visited.
